Removing Door Panels

1) Wrap the heads of the screwdrivers in insulating tape or similar - they're only going to be used to pry things away from the body work so this will protect against damage.

2) Undo the three screws showing on the silver door armrest trim. With the small protected screwdriver, pry off the red reflector (do this a little bit first to ensure you're not trying to bend one of its four legs!). This will reveal the fourth torx that needs removing. Remove it.

3) With the small screwdriver, pry off the silver trim surrounding the door handle - this is held on by clips. The best place to 'attack' it is where the two 'circles' join, the tweeter and the door handle.

4) Next, insert protected large screwdriver between door card and door - pry off around the sides and bottom so it's just hanging from the top. It may require a little force the first time you do it. The top is easiest remove by simply pulling the bottom of the card towards you so it bends at the top, and then lifting it out - you should now have full access to the door handle. This leaves you with the door being naked.

5) Place the small screwdriver into the slot at the top of the tweeter housing. Gently pry the tweeter out of it's housing.

6) Unplug the cable from the tweeter:

7) Refit the door trim using the reverse of the above procedure (best to have the window wound down at this point so you can check the alignment of the top fixing points. Then replace torx screws.

8) Refit the silver trim around the door handle housing

9) Replace red reflector and ensure all torx screws are tightened
